Our Process

Implementation

The Implementation phase of the Eastmark home building process is the actual construction, from digging in the dirt to handing over the keys. This is when you begin to see all of the decisions you made in the Careful Planning phase begin to take form and become real. It’s our job to make sure all of those details are attended to and that we communicate to you what is happening via weekly updates.

We begin by digging, putting in the foundation, and then framing the home. Before we install the sheetrock, we will walk you through your home so you will know how it is constructed from the inside out. You will see how the major mechanicals – heating and cooling, electricity, gas, and plumbing – have been roughed in. From this point on, we will coordinate plumbers, electricians, insulating contractors, and drywallers as the the skeleton of a house transforms. We will deliver and install the cabinets, countertops, interior doors, and the trim.

When the roofing is completed, the siding is on, the flooring is installed, and the painting is finished, when the build is complete, we will take you through your new home to inspect it for quality and become acquainted with its features. We will explain to you how the various components work and make a note of anything that needs attention. We want to ensure that everything about your home meets your expectations and that you are satisfied with its quality and craftsmanship. We are proud of our work, and we want you to be proud of your home.

The last stage of the Implementation phase is closing day. This is the day you enter your dream home and begin living your new life there. This day is a celebration of all that we will have accomplished together. On closing day, we will present you with the keys to your new beautiful new house – but this is not the end. It is only the beginning of the long relationship that we at Eastmark want to continue with you.
