This home was an exciting collaboration with Frederick Crosley Ball & Associates that allowed our team to really show off its capabilities.  The detailing on the exterior and interior of this home challenged not only our in-house carpenters and paint crews but also our expanded vendor and subcontractor partners.  Simply put, the outcome is stunning.  Eastmark developed this home to be a comfortable retreat for a nuclear family and have the space and functionality to handle large groups and entertaining.  Situated on the shores of Lake Charlevoix, the owners of this home have access to one of Michigan’s great all-sports lakes that also has access to Lake Michigan and the world beyond.
