Once in a while we have the opportunity to work on something truly special. This home on Spider Lake was just such an occasion for Eastmark Construction. An intense collaboration between Owner, Builder, and Design Team was required to pull off this one-of-a-kind masterpiece. Situated on its own peninsula, it is the historical location of an old ‘cabin court’. A series of small cottages for enjoying the lake gave inspiration to the team. The new home kept with this feel by designing four distinct and interconnected ‘cabins’.
Wide spread use of re-claimed items for the interior and exterior give this home its authenticity. Where this was not possible, Eastmark craftsmen tooled up and created new elements that, when completed, looked the part of a structure that had been there for decades. This one tested our skills and the Team at Eastmark Construction could not be more proud of the outcome.
